1. Eligibility & Use of Services

By using GAIIgnite, you confirm you are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You agree to use the Services lawfully and comply with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts & Security

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. Notify GAIIgnite immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Consent

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method via Stripe. Subscription plans, renewals, usage limits, and cancellations are governed by our Subscription Policy.

Consent & Acknowledgment: By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You understand this is a recurring subscription.
• You have reviewed our Refund Policy and Subscription Terms.

4. AI Services & Output Disclaimer

GAIIgnite provides AI-powered features including STT, GPT, and TTS. AI outputs are informational only. GAIIgnite makes no guarantees of accuracy or completeness. Users must verify AI outputs before relying on them.

5. Acceptable AI Use Policy

Users must not:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use AI services for spam, fraud, malware, or excessive automation
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls

Violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

6. Refund & Chargeback Policy

All payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are provided only as stated in our Refund Policy. Users are responsible for understanding recurring billing. Metadata stored at checkout may be used to resolve unauthorized chargeback claims.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, trademarks, and service content are owned by GAIIgnite or licensors. No ownership rights are granted by these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, AI infrastructure). GAIIgnite is not responsible beyond legal requirements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. GAIIgnite does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAIIgnite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, or illegal behavior.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

GAIIgnite may modify Services or these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes are subject to competent jurisdiction.
