Subscription Policy

1. Overview
GAIIgnite provides AI-powered services including Speech-to-Text (STT), Generative AI (GPT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS). Access is provided through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to this Subscription Policy, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Plans & Usage Limits

Usage Rules: Limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused usage does not carry over. Daily plans reset every 24 hours (UTC). Limits apply collectively across all devices on the same account.
3. Billing & Automatic Renewal
- Payments processed securely via Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.
- Renewal charges use saved payment methods.
- Taxes may apply depending on location.
4. Plan Changes & Upgrades
- Upgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately upon successful payment. Usage limits reset to those of the new plan, and any unused credits from the previous plan will not carry over. Automatic renewal continues under the upgraded plan.
- Downgrades: Downgrades take effect immediately. Usage limits are adjusted to the new plan, and any unused credits from the previous plan will not carry over. No proration is applied unless explicitly stated.
- Resubscribing to the Same Plan: Resubscriptions take effect immediately. Usage limits reset to the standard allotment of the plan, and any unused credits from the current period will not carry over. No proration is applied unless explicitly stated.
5. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through account billing portal.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges; usage limits remain until period expiration.
6. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable, including partial periods or unused usage.
- Refunds issued only if required by law.
- Stripe disputes subject to chargeback policy.
7. Payment Failures
- Failed renewals may suspend access.
- Repeated failures may result in automatic cancellation.
8. Account Responsibility
Subscriptions are linked to your account. You are responsible for account security and all activity.
9. Fair Use Policy
- Excessive, automated, or abusive usage may be limited.
- Accounts engaging in fraud, reselling, or abuse may be suspended.
- Violation of policies may result in termination without refund.
10. Service Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue features, pricing, or usage limits at any time. Changes apply to future billing periods.
11. Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
12. Support

13. Legal Compliance
Use GAIIgnite in accordance with all applicable laws. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
14. Chargeback & Fraud Handling
- Do not initiate chargebacks without contacting support first.
- Account access and usage may be suspended or removed if a chargeback is filed.
- We may contest chargebacks using transaction records and logs.
- Users may be responsible for subscription amount, fees, and costs if chargeback is reversed in our favor.
- Fraudulent or repeated disputes may result in service denial.
15. Limitation of Liability
GAIIgnite is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Total liability limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
